    TAMPA — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has identified a man who died Saturday morning after a shooting at the Smokin’ Bull Restaurant & Hookah Bar on Bearss Avenue. Manuel Ortiz Jr., 28, of Tampa died Saturday morning after he and three others were shot in the bar’s parking lot around 4:15 a.m., the sheriff’s office said.
