A Tampa man serving life for non-violent drug offenses was one of 61 drug offenders granted commutations Wednesday by President Obama. TAMPA — Hillsborough sheriff's deputies arrested three employees of a drive-through convenience store Tuesday after a series of undercover purchases yielded synthetic marijuana. TARPON SPRINGS — A 60-foot-wide hole opened near a Tarpon Springs mobile home park Wednesday morning, triggering evacuations as authorities responded to the scene.
