TAMPA — Toni Collins found out Sunday afternoon that her 17-year-old son had been killed. Her oldest son called around 3 p.m. to tell her either his brother or a friend was dead, but police hadn't made a definite identification. TAMPA, Fla. - The Tampa police department is working to identify and arrest suspects involved in a fatal shooting at the Tzadik Oaks Apartments on the afternoon of October 29. When police arrived at the scene at 3:24 p.m., they found Christopher K. Dexter Jr. suffering from upper body trauma. Dexter was transported to a local hospital where he later died on October 30.
