TAMPA, FL — An early Sunday morning homicide is under investigation by Tampa Police. According to the agency, officers were called out to the 1900 block of West Union Street just before 8:30 a.m. April 23. When they arrived, they found Darrius Jaquan Harris mortally wounded.
