    TAMPA — A Riverview 17-year-old was arrested Thursday, accused of shooting a toddler through the leg at a Tampa public housing complex earlier this week. Jovaris Jose Lundy, of 10404 Zackary Circle, was arrested by Tampa police without incident in the Robles Park Village public housing complex, not far from where the shooting happened Wednesday afternoon. He faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into an occupied building. ..
