TAMPA — Two men injured in a drive-by shooting in east Tampa Wednesday fled the scene and were uncooperative with detectives, police say. Officers responded about 10:35 a.m. to a call about shots fired on the 3500 block of 22nd Street, according to a Tampa police report. Officers found no victims and uncooperative witnesses but learned that a man in a red pickup truck drove by a group of people and opened fire, hitting two men. Two tornadoes confirmed, damage reported TAMPA (FOX 13) - Two tornadoes were confirmed as having touched down after a strong line of weather moved through the Bay Area.
